On 23 April 2026, Professor Andreas Kulick received the Certificate of Merit of the American Society of International Law (ASIL), together with Professor Michael Waibel (Vienna), for their book “General International Law in International Investment Law: A Commentary” (Oxford University Press 2026). ASIL awards the Certificate of Merit since 1952 in – now – four categories.”
